I have type one diabetes and Ankylosing spondylitis alongside so many other things like my cancer. Anyways, I had a lady once say “well if you just stop eating sugar then you wont have diabetes!” 😑

I have a rare genetic disorder that causes my eyes to be more widespread as well as a lot of other things I’ve had surgery for— I once had someone ask if I enough carrots to help my vision 😳 mind you my biggest vision issue is astigmatism ….. nothing will help the way my skull is shaped & im ok with it!!!! It’s so wild what people come up with!!!

Ugh. The lady that chased me through a grocery store telling me that my disability which happens to be cerebral palsy would be cured by vitamin water. 🙄🙄🙄 mind you she didn’t know what my disability was either.

See I only because the disability I have is CP but it’s invisible. Don’t know how to explain that I will only vent to someone that I know very well because I’ve known like a person over a year or more and they were shocked when I said CP they were like what the hell you have that that’s happened more times than I can count so I share because at the end of the day even if it’s in school, I won’t get accommodations unless I get my disability to everyone that’s the only time I do it is if I know no one will listen to me if I don’t

Ummm go away lady the worst is when people ask you if they can pray over you and you let them because you don’t know what to say you don’t wanna be mean(this happened right before covid … three people prayed over me right as my brother and I were fixing to go into a Barnes & Noble
