@mechell757: for the next 30 days, stop applying randomly and Start applying intentionally!!!! Here’s the plan: ✨ 1. Only apply to positions aligned with your course, skills, experience, and career goals. ✨ 2. Track every application. Record the company name, job title, job posting link, date applied, required qualifications, and application status. Note any follow-ups, too. ✨ 3. Tailor your resume to every position. Read the job description, identify the relevant skills they need, and highlight your qualifications that match. Don’t send the same generic resume to every employer. ✨ 4. Review your progress every week. Not getting interview invitations? Audit your resume and check whether you’re communicating your qualifications effectively. Getting interviews but struggling to pass? Work on your communication skills, practice answering interview questions, and learn how to explain the value you can bring to the team. ✨ 5. Adjust your strategy, not just your effort. Don’t just count how many applications you’ve sent. Evaluate what’s working, identify where you’re getting stuck, and improve your next move. And most importantly, commit your plans to God. 🙏 “Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.” — Proverbs 16:3 (NIV) You do your part with faith, discipline, and intentional action. Trust God with the outcome. If you want to stop job hunting blindly and start building a more intentional strategy?
