if you want to look at a hospital kitchen, go to St Joseph in Elgin. I worked there a few years back and their entire walk in freezer is covered floor to ceiling in black mold, when I complained about it they gave me 14 hour shifts back to back until I quit.

I haven't worked at Illinois Masonic. In a while but I have work at another major advocate hospital and in 2019, they changed the company they used for maintenance and janitorial work, since then it has made a dramatic change downward, the people got careless and no one cleans up after themselves, all garbage leaves through the basement right next to the kitchen, there's so much garbage on that floor im shocked they roll the food carts right threw it, someone must of pissed off the inspector to get them to shut it down, the 200 roach thing, i hate to break it to you they are everywhere

I worked at Evanston Hospital kitchen and I never seen a roach shit we was eating back there too it was very clean

I was there as a teenager and had a psych staff there be really inappropriate with me.In a very non subtle and physical way.When I reported him to the other staff I was ostracized because they "didn't see it on camera".It happened in my room.This happened more than two decades ago and apparently they still haven't cleaned their house.
