I’m sorry that rice is terrible 😭 I make something very similar and use reg white rice with the tomato bouillon and taco seasonings. It’s so much better and actually cheaper!

I used to buy specific bread for Italian meals and then I saw my MIL just butter some white bread, throw it in the oven for a few minutes, and then serve that. I have no idea how I never thought of something so obvious, but if anyone doesn’t want to spend extra, you can just use butter and the bread you have! 🫶🏻
