However, he invoked his right to an attorney and declined to answer questions. ‎ ‎The charges filed were as follows: ‎ ‎- Drew Maness: Charged with second-degree murder and aggravated assault. ‎- Mark Witford, Tony Becker, and Julius Huster: Charged with felony aggravated assault. ‎- Christa Molina: Initially booked on misdemeanor charges.
