DILG Secretary Jonvic Remulla linked Rimbang to arrested Filipino passenger Fahad Mulok Dibarosan and Police M/Sgt. Aileen Jayne Manalo Mendoza, who allegedly arranged the Manila hangar where the chartered Learjet was expected to land and park. At a press briefing, Remulla showed a photo of Rimbang and his wife, Rohaniah E.
