I feel like they erased the fact that Stolas was supposed to be smart, he's a GOETIA who's had ages of time to read a library and has shown to be a fan of reading, are you telling me this guy couldn't come up with a better defense for Blitz other than "I did it, I gave my book to him, it was all my idea". He could have went "The imp took the book with my permission, he came to me with the idea, and we agreed upon a deal, sex for use of a book for his business, you can hardly fault a goetia for that, especially with who my wife is." and all it takes is a look at his life with Stella. Plus, wouldn't be pretty, but it wouldn't hurt to add on the "plus, he's an imp. is it truly an affair if it's with an imp?" card which could have had its own conflicts.

Stolas was abused for years....and sure, he yearned but he just wanted to be loved. He lost everything after he saved Blitzø. He has no money, no powers, not able to see his daughter. He's self destructing which is a normal reaction to reaction.

I think they really wanted us to feel bad for him like he was “suffering” but this was his damn choice, just kinda ruined him for me right now, but I do believe there is a chance they could switch him around this season, we are on episode 3 after all.

I fear this is amazon prime the minute Hazbin and now helluva were signed it became super hyper sexual (which is such a shame because helluva not being so hyper sexual and having a good storyline and proper characters is what made it so much better than hazbin 😔)

the line "I will try to make amends for making you a means to an end" fks me up bc it confirmed Stolas has always known he was using Blitz and how he was the one with power in the dynamic only for him to later deny any accountability from his actions Like the song made me think Stolas was able of improving but no in fact he became much WORSE
