Master, I had always follow a teaching of being kind to others even if they are not kind to me, if we keep being kind soon they will be better. But all I see is them using your kindness to their advantage, even years of dedication, and when it comes work and relationship. The upper management with no skill a bad boy who play girls likes toy always got what they want and the kind hearted will be dismissed.
