This road is known as Milliken Hill Road in Enugu, and it is one of the scariest roads you can drive on. Carved into the side of a mountain, it features dangerously sharp bends, with a steep valley hundreds of feet below. The barrier on the left is there to prevent vehicles from plunging into the valley. What makes it even more frightening is that the barrier is less than ten years old. Just imagine how many lives may have been lost before the government finally installed it.
