When pge worked on the underground lines in Vallejo's heritage district they did the WORST job tarring the road. The road is bumpy, you can't avoid it and it sucks because before the work the road was smooth. No one drives up York street anymore unless they live on it. PGE is negligent and lazy in all things they do.
