Store owner Frank told NBC Los Angeles that the suspect, dressed entirely in black, spent several minutes examining 14-karat Cuban chains while two employees assisted him. The man suddenly grabbed several chains and ran. Neither employee was injured. Frank says he’s willing to let the man go if every piece of merchandise is returned.
