Guys plz help idk if I’m having a panic attack or this is serious I’ve had panic attacks before my heart would race so I know what it’s like. But this time my heart rate is low like idk how to explain it it’s in the 90s which I don’t believe it I checked my pulse manually but my heart feels faint ! When I tried to close my eyes to sleep I felt like my heart was dropping and my soul was gonna leave my body I swear I’ve never felt this sensation before I know the difference between hypnotic jerks and this this is different. My heart was already in the 60s and prolly dropping what to do I can’t sleep at all yet I’m so tired and I’m so scared I feel like my heart will stop it feels so quiet instead of it racing!

Yes 🥹😭 I’m afraid something health related will happen to me I can’t even enjoy my life anymore I go to the hospital so much I’m now on a heart monitor for 30 days so they can keep an eye on my active to see if I have any problems but all test comes back normal X-rays blood work ekg ultrasound on my heart is fine just waiting on results from the heart monitor I stop goin out with friends because I’ll think something will happen when I’m n the clubs when I’m in my head and I feel any weird feeling I’m checking my pluse I start having arua migraines and that alone has me in a up roar thinking I’m having a stroke.. I miss me so much🥹😭😭I’m sorry I’m venting I fee alone in this shit at times

I think I’m going through these I have one year already feeling really dizzy everyday, heart palpitations chest pain gi issues, fatigue and I’ve got done so many test and they keep coming back normal I don’t know what can it be I’m so tired of feeling bad everyday with fear

You're not alone [Rødt hjerte] I've been struggling for 15 years now. I've been in treatment 5 years, a little bit better but my treatment continues for years. I wish I could say it gets better but I have no idea yet. All I can is wish you all the best 🤞🥰

Stable angina and costochondritis and acid peptic ulcer due to stress and anxiety with pulmonary hypertension issues and nostalgia sometimes, most of the time living in a toxic environment and past traumas but I am still struggling to get my life back and I'm still here even though I am broke and sometimes living a mediocre life going 50 after 7 years
