I'll be 75 next month and keep the thermostat at 58f all winter. I sleep like a log in a chilly bedroom. I keep a little space heater on when I'm in the TV room and dress in layers. Getting tired of all the videos that seem to imply that after 60 we're all fragile little flowers.
