@custosdei: Did you know Jesus Himself needed to step away to pray? 🕊️ The Gospel of Luke tells us that He often withdrew to lonely places to pray (Luke 5:16). The Son of God, surrounded by crowds who needed Him, still chose to pause, breathe, and open His hands before the Father. Look at this image again. Open arms. Face lifted to the sky. Nothing to prove, nothing to carry alone. That is what surrender looks like: not weakness, but trust. Maybe you're exhausted today. Maybe you've been strong for everyone else for too long. Hear the words He spoke to you: "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28) You don't have to have the perfect words. You just have to come. 🤍 Take 10 seconds right now. Breathe. Open your hands. Say: "Lord, I trust You." Follow for a daily moment of peace and Scripture, and share this with someone who needs rest today. 🙏 #jesus #prayer #faith #christiantok #bible
