I felt like I was going insane that first week with baby “sleep when the baby sleeps” okay but when does the baby wash bottles, pump, do laundry, dishes, cook, clean the house??? 5 months in and I’m doing better but that first few weeks was rough!!

man. my first was like this. I remember sobbing in silence as my daughter slept in a swing at the foot of our bed more upright than she should have been while my (now ex) husband slept snoring in the bed and I stayed up watching to make sure she was still breathing but I hadn't slept in days.

so my baby in week 3 went through cluster feeding and lordt 😩 i went insane my husband definitely also was up with me and tried but what they dont tell you is when breast feeding baby only wants you, its ok to give formula so you can get a break

I never slept at night I would pull all nighters it got bad to the point where I would hallucinate. I remember seeing ants in her bottle she was drinking and immediately went to go throw it out & there was nothing in the milk

I remember the first time I actually slept. It was 30 minutes and it rebooted me. Now I feel like as long as I dream, that means I slept. That’s all that matters. Being a parent isn’t easy. Nothing with your life is going to be easy. But also know you need a community. No parent should go through this alone.
