Bullish Breaker Typical sequence: Liquidity Sweep → Bearish OB → Failure → Bullish Displacement/MSS → Retest → Long A bearish Order Block gets violated to the upside. Once price returns to that area, the former resistance/supply area can act as support/demand. Bearish Breaker Typical sequence: Liquidity Sweep → Bullish OB → Failure → Bearish Displacement/MSS → Retest → Short A bullish Order Block gets violated to the downside. On a later retest, that former support/demand area can act as resistance/supply. How to Trade It Identify a meaningful liquidity pool. Look for a liquidity sweep/raid. Identify the relevant Order Block. Wait for price to break through the OB with displacement. Look for MSS/structure confirmation. Wait for price to retrace into the Breaker Block. Use lower-timeframe confirmation if needed. Place the SL beyond the breaker zone and target opposing liquidity. Key point: Don't treat every broken Order Block as a high-quality Breaker. In stricter ICT interpretations, the liquidity raid and subsequent structural reversal are important parts of the setup.
