They just replaced this exact meter in my house to the digital. I had these exact ones. I was gonna try the quarter trick magnet trick I meant and then they replaced them!

and they changed that with new digital meters because a powerful magnet or a sewing pin could be used to stop the disk from spinning and I know because almost everyone did this where I live
