The problem is way too many people doing these that SHOULDN'T be. By that I mean, this can be a very time consuming and expensive endeavor to do PROPERLY. If you don't have the drive to do your OWN thorough research BEFOREHAND, figuring out WHERE and WHO to go to, as well as any protocols - instead going through and taking the word of just any random on the Internet you are asking for trouble! Similarly, if you don't have the means 💰 to have stuff properly tested, and buy everything else you WILL need supply wise including additional supplements and nutritional support that MUST accompany the journey, you have no business doing these💁
