reaching out and getting help is nothing bad, as long as it helps to make you feel even a bit better it's definitely worth it because you're worth it

i feel so much hatred towards myself for this even though it’s out of my control. i just wish so badly to have a normal wired brain that doesn’t need to operate under the influence of help or medication for even appear semi regular. it’s so defeating 💔
