What if I hadn't shifted and had tried again with my Pre-med course I chose in the first place? What if I had stayed and given myself another chance? And what if, someday, I actually made it? What if, in the future, I finally earned my professional license and proudly carried the title PFT (Professional Food Technologist) after my name? What if all the struggles, sleepless nights, and moments of doubt eventually led me to the future I once dreamed of? What if I could use the knowledge and skills I gained to help my mama and papa, especially in taking care of their nutritional needs because of their health conditions? What if, someday, I could give back to them, even in the simplest way, by helping them take better care of their health through the food they eat since they are the reason why i chose BSFT. What if I really could do all those things? perhaps that's what hurts the most: not knowing whether I made the right decision or whether I walked away from something I could have become. I thought I knew what I wanted. I thought I knew where I was going. But now, I'm standing somewhere between the future I once dreamed of and the uncertainty of the future I have yet to face.
