I lost over 20 pounds… but the hardest battle I’ve fought has never been about my weight. 🖤🥹 There was a time when I barely recognized the woman looking back at me in the mirror. My weight had climbed past 180 pounds. My favorite clothes stopped fitting, my confidence was fading, and I felt like I was slowly losing pieces of myself. But what nobody could see was what I was fighting behind closed doors. Fibromyalgia. Chronic migraines. Nerve pain. Exhaustion that sleep couldn’t fix. And the kind of pain that makes even the simplest everyday tasks feel impossible. Living with chronic illness changes you in ways that have absolutely nothing to do with your appearance. Somewhere along my journey, I discovered RYZE mushroom coffee. ☕️🍄 What started as a simple morning routine became something I genuinely looked forward to. I love the flavor, and personally, I’ve noticed that I feel more energized. Over time, my weight also changed. From over 180 pounds to 160. But I want to make something very clear. My chronic illness didn’t disappear. The migraines didn’t magically stop. The pain didn’t pack its bags. And fibromyalgia certainly didn’t receive an eviction notice. 😭 I’m still fighting those battles every single day. And while my personal goal is somewhere between 145 and 150 pounds, I’ve realized something important. I don’t have to reach a certain number to love myself. I don’t have to be pain-free to feel beautiful. And I don’t have to pretend I’m healthy just because I’m smiling. RYZE is one little part of my daily routine that I genuinely enjoy. But the confidence I’ve been rebuilding? That’s a journey of its own. This isn’t a miracle transformation story. It’s the story of a woman learning to love herself again while living in a body that doesn’t always cooperate. And that woman is ME. 🖤 I’m still healing emotionally. Still growing. Still learning to embrace every version of myself. Because my story is still being written. 🦇✨ If you’re living with chronic illness and struggling to recognize yourself, I hope you know your worth was never determined by your weight, your productivity, or how much pain you can hide. You deserve to feel beautiful right now. Exactly as you are. 🖤 #ChronicChronicles #FibromyalgiaAwareness #ChronicIllness #RYZEMushroomCoffee #SelfLoveJourney
