@dailyai.uk: Halle Berry’s family court battle with ex-husband Olivier Martinez has taken another emotional turn after their 13-year-old son, Maceo, testified for nearly four hours during a tense hearing in Los Angeles. The hearing took place on Monday at Los Angeles Superior Court, where Berry, 60, appeared alongside her legal team and fiancé, musician Van Hunt. According to Page Six, witnesses described the courtroom atmosphere as “icy.” The judge reportedly cleared the room during Maceo’s testimony to keep the proceedings private. Reports also indicated that the teenager did not engage with his mother but was seen speaking with his father. The dispute began earlier this month when Martinez sought a temporary domestic Viol\*nce restraining order against Berry. He alleged that she had tried to choke Maceo during an argument involving his virtual reality headset. Berry has firmly denied the allegations. Her attorney described Martinez’s filing as “entirely meritless and deliberately misleading.” The judge granted a temporary restraining order protecting Martinez and Maceo, while also modifying Berry’s visitation arrangements. Martinez is now seeking sole physical and legal custody of their son. Berry, meanwhile, is asking the court to lift the restrictions and restore their previous shared custody arrangement. The former couple married in 2013, separated two years later, and finalized their divorce in 2023. Their daughter, Nahla, 18, has also submitted a declaration stating that she has never witnessed her mother physically ab\*se Maceo. As the legal dispute continues, the focus remains on Maceo and what the court ultimately decides is in his best interests. \#HalleBerry #OlivierMartinez #CelebrityNews #HollywoodDrama #familycourt
