But here’s what I need you to know… SOME STATES HAVE FAMILY SUPPORT FUNDING FOR ELIGIBLE FAMILIES RAISING CHILDREN WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, INCLUDING AUTISM! Depending on your state and the program, that assistance may help cover approved disability-related needs, respite care, or other family supports. And the crazy part? Some of y’all don’t even know what to ASK for because nobody ever told you these programs existed!
