The only thing, for me, that I do need off your list is a planner. I have 4 jobs and that book is my lifeline!! I do actually use it every single day and for $6, totally worth it for me.

I used my planner for meal planning I now have almost a years worth of meal ideas. I totally agree with the rest. I reclaimed Christmas a few years ago and said if it does not bring joy then it is not part of my holiday. I have not sent cards in years it became a job not joy. I would much rather grab an angel gift off a tree & donate a gift for a kid.

I love a yearly planner but I use mine for everything including my bills, amounts, due dates. I have my planners from years who when my kids were little and it’s fun to go back and get a memory jog of fun times with them. I do however buy the exact same planner every year.

I understand the cost of sending Christmas cards, but I participate in a Navy moms card exchange every year for the past 4 years. I love sending cards to other families with supportive messages & I love to see how many different states I receive cards from. I don’t need to do this, but I plan & budget for it. It brings me joy & adds to the Christmas decor in my house, lol.
