Check your city vs lease that your copy - either paper or email, for how how long you allowed guests in a month, there's your answer. Next have them send you an itemized bill including the voiluation. The chances are good they're trying to pocket the money

it's his house, he can charge whatever he wants for rent. if the lease says only one person lives there and there 2 he can raise the rent. because she violated the lease agreement. he can also have you evicted for that as well.

most likely the bf stays there and he been watching who is staying there since the boyfriend wants to occupy the apartment have him get on that lease and pay the extra 300 .plus split the utilities but best to believe that landlord gonna either not renew the lease when its up or charge 60p or more after

it shouldnt matter as long as there isnt too many people there. your renting the place to live. not how many people live there. the only reason is if your utilities are included and its set price for how many live there. but I would rather just pay my own utilities.

Omg! Know your rights as a tenant! Always read your lease from top to bottom. If it don’t say only you can occupy it and something about having guests over. But that should’ve been discussed BEFORE signing the lease.

My lease says anyone staying over 3 days I have to get approval and add them on a guest list if approved. anything over 30 days and it will be $100 a day including if an animal is seen from a guest.
