I don't like the guaranteed 5 minutes as before it was a "reasonable amount of time whether to accept the terms and conditions or refuse and leave" that was up to interpretation by courts and usually was more than 5 minutes... now I fear id you are 5 minutes and 1 second you will just get a PCN. Unless I'm misunderstanding this as I've not really read into this so potentially contract law still applies here?
