Bar heights from Web Audio: AnalyserNode.getByteFrequencyData if music plays. 3. No audio? Fake it: h = 0.5 + 0.25 * (sin(t*2 + i*0.6) + sin(t*3.1 + i*1.3)). Two waves read as real music, one looks robotic. 4. Dots under the bar glow rgb(255,90,170). The rest stay at 8% opacity, so the grid is always there. 5. Add a peak dot per column that drops 1 row every 60ms. That's the classic club look. 6. Split the canvas into 3 x 2 panels with 6px gaps, like real LED modules. 7. Only animate while it's on screen (IntersectionObserver), pause the loop when it's not. 8. prefers-reduced-motion: draw one frame and stop.
