@howitworkssss: Real drifting looks fluid from the outside, but inside the cockpit, it requires a hyper-aggressive, perfectly timed dance across the pedals. To break traction and control a car sideways, a driver uses clutch kicking (rapidly stomping and releasing the clutch to spike engine RPM and shock the rear wheels into spinning) alongside left-foot braking (applying the brake with the left foot while keeping the right foot pinned on the gas to shift weight forward and control steering angle). When entering a corner, they rely on heel-toe downshifting, using the ball of the right foot to brake while swinging their heel over to blip the throttle, perfectly matching engine speed so the chassis stays completely balanced.
