@nbcchicago: CHICAGO LOOP: A heavy police presence was outside the Chicago Federal Building in the Loop Tuesday morning for what appeared to be a shooting investigation, with police cars lining the typically busy street and the Department of Homeland Security also at the scene. Video and photos showed red and yellow police tape blocking off the Kluczynski Federal Building, at 230 S. Dearborn, along with yellow evidence markers and orange cones on the street and sidewalk. The words "Crime scene keep out" could be seen printed on the police tape as pedestrians walked near the area near other office buildings. See link for full details of what we know so far.
