Then there was my Dominican grandma who died at 102 in her sleep with all of her faculties intact... ate whatever she wanted and smoked until 70. She was the picture of health. I'm convinced she died because she was tired of living.

Light Breakfast get a walk in first 20 min light weight training 5 min 5 days a week.. calorie count ...you can eat meat or protein that is quality avoid eating out and processed food.. no alcohol

Wow, I just told my brother my Mexican grandmother who is diabetic and lost a leg to complications was displaying early signs of Alzheimer’s. I need to talk to my Tia now about getting the blood test and ensuring her diabetes is under control at her next appointment.
