i was told to file for EEOC, contact BBB, and consult a lawyer when i was fired for being autistic. it did nothing... was completely useless. they don't care. people still tell me to sue my old workplace but again, like you said, it doesn't do anything

as somebody who has received so much flack for how I react to the worthless advice I receive, thank you for putting this perspective out there. I needed to hear this and didn't even realize it. I get testy and angry quickly because worthless advice is bullying
