NERC certified system operators. can make well.pver 300k at the right place. can work at any utility in north america. they train you and often pay for you to get certified. i started off with 115k base, built in OT at time and a half, holidays were all OT with additional 8 hrs holiday pay, 3 weeks vacation (which I didnt really even touch because rotating shift gave me so much time off) and a bonus that ended up being around 15k a year
