ugh, I feel this so bad. a few months ago, I was supposed to go to NYC to see a show. my first flight was delayed 5 hours, meaning I would miss my layover. so AA books me on a new connecting flight. that connecting flight? it didn't leave until 7AM the following day... the flight time for that flight was 3 hours, so I wouldn't have made it to NYC until 9. the airport was a 40 minute drive from my hotel. the hotel was a 10 minute walk from the theater the show was at. the show? it started at 11. there was no way I would make it. i just cancelled the trip, took the stupid credit toward a future flight, and had my husband and kids come back to the airport to get me 😑

You can’t be sued for sharing your actual experience (assuming you didn’t sign an NDA or something)

I remember one summer I had a 10hr delay on my flight in DFW (it was because of really bad thunderstorms which is understandable i think the airport lost power once or twice) and I eneded up sleepin on the floor next to my gate lol

So next you need to correlate airports with the various extraplanar destinations. Also make players go through security any time they enter a crossing.

Maybe I’m lucky but I always fly American and I’ve literally never had an issue. And I fly often for work. And yes, I am knocking on wood.

I'm sorry you're DFW experience has been that way. DFW is amazing compared to most Airports I've been in. The way you talk about DFW is how I feel about O'Hare. 🤬

You are not alone, DFW is absolutely the worst. I had a seven hour layover that turned into a 12 1/2 hour layover. It was awful.

Oh boy! So far 100% of American Airlines experiences that I heard about were so positive!

This is an awesome idea and I’m stealing it. Give the party a goal to get somewhere and then just make it impossible because crap keeps getting in the way and going wrong until it’s too late.

That’s how feel for layovers at ORD or ALT. Especially ORD taxi time being 40 minutes sometimes
