Lads it cost me 7 grand to have my kitchen floor tiled the other day. they refurbished an entire giant, historic building all at once. Stone masons, glazing restoration, intricate paintwork, carpentry, paving. Over several years. Probs about right tbh. Why don’t you take a look at the Influencer Eyesores at the end of Deansgate and ask how much they cost to build. I know what I’d rather pay for.

People really don’t understand how big this building is and how many specialist masons it takes to repair a gothic building. It’s why modern architecture mostly consists of boxes.
