A manager cannot cancel or pretend to be someone else just to cancel a surgery because if someone has been waiting months or even in a year for a surgery, the manager shouldn’t pretend to be another person to cancel their surgery, especially if they want to go to a concert front row that’s not important surgery is if you’ve got something important to get rid of in your body or you want something done that you really want gone that’s important to you. A concert is not even clearly important that manager shouldn’t be a manager.
