After 5 years of being alone, I found the love of my life. 5 years of a wonderful man. He passed away. I was there in the hospital with him. I saw him talk to me for the last time. Watched him take his last breath. Do you know what that does to a person? Talk to them. Smile with them. Kiss them. Watch them die before your eyes. I couldn't leave. I didn't want to leave. Felt like I was abandoning him. Left my car behind because I couldn't see because I couldn't stop crying. Left half of my heart in that hospital. October 2nd just passed by. Thats the day he left me alone. So right now I'm a big me. September 27th would have been our anniversary. I know he's been gone since 2011. But its been hard not missing him. Its been hard not seeing him in my dreams. Its been so hard without him.
