Cream Chocolate Virgin Cake Roll Ingredients Water cup size 200 ml. * 500 g flour (4 cups) * 250 ml milk (1 cup + 5 tablespoons) * 80 ml of liquid oil (1/2 cup) * 11 g toz maya (1 paket) * 20 g powdered sugar (1 full spoon) * 12 g salt (1 full teaspoon) * 1 egg white (separate the yolk to cover) For the Internal Tribute *Cream chocolate Put flour into a mixing bowl. Open the middle in a pool shape, add the yeast and sugar, stir with warm milk. Add the remaining ingredients after melting the yeast and get a soft, non-stick dough. The knead of the dough may vary depending on the quality of the flour you use; if it is too hard, you can add less milk, if it is too soft, less flour. Cover the dough and knead until it doubles. Divide the yeast dough into 12 equal pieces. Open each mantle about 19x19 cm in size, pour cream chocolate on top and shape it like in the video. Re-leaven the dough you have shaped. When doubled, spread egg yolk over them and bake in a preheated 180 degree fanless oven until nicely brown.
