The one in his leg travelled to a larger vein in his leg (deep vein thrombosis) and then it broke into smaller pieces and travelled to his lungs (pulmonary embolism which are very very often fatal.) if one had traveled to his heart = ☠️. If one had travelled to his brain = ☠️. Just a completely astonishing and incomprehensible series of decisions.

I don’t think the one in the calf caused the lungs. I believe they were probably already there imo. People can have them without knowing

I’ve had two strokes I’m 37 and never been fat lol. The ones from the legs typically go to the lungs but if they’re really big they can push through and end up in the brain causing a stroke but the brain ones usually originate in the heart
