PanOxyl will dry it up but w these I just pop them and deal w the healing. But PanOxyl and Beauty of Joseon Dynasty Cream Hydrating Moisturizer is all I use and it completely fixed this problem for me. They don’t come back.

yo when there ilke that put a hot warm tea bag on it to open pours.. or use something that clean sharp pop lite hole in it instead of busting it with all your might just a thought if you dont want a scar
