@jeussniu: Simple Charcoal Campfire Grilled Fish (Outdoor Camping Scene) Ingredients: 2 whole gutted fish (about 500g each), 2 tablespoons olive oil, 3 crushed garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon paprika or black pepper, 1 teaspoon rosemary or thyme, juice of 1 lime, 1 medium onion (sliced). Instructions: Rinse the fish and pat dry with kitchen paper. Make shallow cuts on both sides of the fish to help absorb seasoning. Season the fish: combine salt, crushed garlic, olive oil, paprika, herbs and lime juice. Rub the mixture evenly over the outside and inside cavity of the fish. Stuff the onion slices into the fish cavity to add flavour. Marinate for 20–30 minutes so the fish can fully soak up the seasonings. Light the charcoal and wait until it turns ash-grey with no open flames. Place the fish on an oiled grill rack. Grill for 25–35 minutes, turning and brushing with oil occasionally, until the skin is golden and the flesh is tender. Remove from the grill and rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve the gril
