Two months ago, I started my digital marketing journey from absolute scratch. No experience, no big following and no clue what I was doing! 😂 Looking back, there are 5 things I’d do differently if I was starting again 👇🏼 1. Try to figure everything out on my own. I’d invest in myself sooner, get the right training and have a supportive community behind me. Learning something completely new is so much easier when you don’t feel like you’re doing it alone. 🤍 2. Spend hours creating my own digital products. I’d start with ready-made digital products I could sell while learning how everything works, rather than putting pressure on myself to create everything from scratch. 3. Obsess over every single post. I’d stop worrying about views, likes and whether every reel was good enough. You learn what works, tweak your content and try again. Not every post needs to be perfect! 4. Let the fear of being judged hold me back. I’d post the videos, share what I’m learning and stop worrying about what people might think. Those little videos I nearly didn’t post? They’re now helping me make sales. 🥹 5. Wait until I felt ready. I’d take action sooner instead of overthinking every little thing. You don’t need to know everything before you start. You learn so much by actually doing it! I’m still learning every single day, but in just two months I’ve gone from a complete beginner to making sales and earning extra money around my full-time job and mum life. 🤍 And honestly, I wish I’d stopped overthinking and started sooner!
