as a person who has avoidant attachment, perhaps i don’t deserve to be loved. however, there’s this someone who i’ll cross the ocean for, furthermore, she’s also avoidant. we got fights, sometimes confrontation that somehow leads us to misunderstanding—because i never got the chance to ask the questions that have been running in my mind for days, however, i didn’t let that simple misunderstanding to lose her. perhaps i am a avoidant person, however, i can heal and change for her. it’s not easy to heal from the truama that lead me to being avoidant, however, i’m trying to be the best version of me for that one person. siguro sa ibang tao oo, hindi namin deserve mahalin, however, tinanong mo na ba sa sarili mo if you can pull her closer whenever she’s being avoidant? it’s not easy, but let her feel that she have someone she can rely on when she’s feeling down, that she’s not alone, that she don’t have to do it alone.

From my perspective, as someone who is currently loving a person with an avoidant attachment, I understand that loving someone like that can be difficult. However, that doesn't mean every avoidant person deserves to be treated harshly. Some of them are genuinely trying to understand themselves, heal, and change, even if the process isn't easy or linear.

You know what, I'm learning psychology for someone who have Avoidant attachments and yet she still didn't like me, How idiot I am but yeah I promise to my self that I wait her for 10 years she didn't know about it but me, Ofcourse. I try to take some other way but still failed, I didn't blame her for what she feel, Yes, she's avoidant and I know there's reason behind it so yeah I will give my time to learn about it, how to handle her because she's only girl I like.

I think avoidant people deserves to be loved... Totoo naman na dapat mag heal muna ang isang tao before entering a rs, but sometimes having a rs helps a lot. Only if the other person is honest and willing to see through the hardships. You can't exactly stitch a stab wound without help, can you? This is coming from someone who is currently in a rs with an avoidant person. Being in a rs is not easy, but if you really love someone.. Why would you get tired of helping them? It's not a reason to cheat on them and use the excuse 'hindi siya avoidant', that's stupid and selfish.

As an avoidant, I ruin things before they can ruin me. I overthink, I pull away, I create distance. And then I tell myself, "See? They would've left anyway." But deep down, I know I'm the one who pushed them out.

People with avoidant issues don't deserve to be loved? That’s complete nonsense! First of all, you have no idea what they’ve been through or why they developed these issues. Just because they fell in love and then pulled away, it doesn’t mean they’re taking revenge for the pain they’ve experienced. Have you ever considered whether they actually *wanted* to distance themselves from the person they love, or how much they suffer while doing so? Everyone deserves to be loved—no exceptions—so stop saying that people with avoidant issues don't deserve to be loved!

I've been avoidant for years because of a trauma our father gave us. I did tried to love like others and tried entertaining guys years ago, but it did not go well because whenever something happened I didn't like or something na parang nag r-resemble sa ginawa ng tatay ko samin, lumalayo ako, also sometimes I just can't help but overthink na iiwanan din ako neto balang araw, na sasaktan lang din ako neto(tapos umiiyak ako mag isa lewl) that happened for lots of times till the guy that I was entertaining choosed another girl, I kept questioning myself bakit hindi ko kayang makapagpa stay ng isang tao sa buhay ko. And then I reflected on my own problems, and I choosed to move on. Until now tinatry kong mag heal on my own. I know all of us just wanted to be heard and feel loved, but healing and fixing yourself before trying to commit again in a relationship is really the best choice. Antagal ko nang hindi nag e-entertain ng lalaki, as in ilang years nang walang lalaki sa buhay ko and I couldn't be much more happier than now. I've already accepted na I wouldn't let someone in my life kung alam ko sa sarili kung alam ko sa sarili ko na hindi ko pa kaya at hindi ko pa naayos sarili ko.

im avoidant. I know how easy it is to ghost and ignore anyone. and that no matter how i wanted to reach out to someone, the feeling of wanting to be left alone always prevails. that's why entering a relationship is a risky journey. it will only hurt the other party.

i was an avoidant back then, and honestly, guys, y’all need to heal. you need to realize that being in a relationship will always come with risks. your partner is taking a risk by choosing to be with you, too. they’re trusting you with their heart, knowing that there’s always a possibility of getting hurt. if you’re scared of being left alone, remember that your partner is, too. they also have fears, insecurities, and feelings that deserve to be considered just as much as yours.

They make you feel like you’re nothing, like a piece of shit, and that’s a horrible thing to do to someone who genuinely loves you.
