That’s surprising. My mother had a shop behind our house. I was raised in that shop and all of the customers supported all of my school activities, provided gifts at graduation and I just adored them all. When my mom closed her shop everyone threw her a retirement party and we kept in touch. To bad

I've been going to the same woman for 15 plus years so I get it, but I don't think I could have put up with someone that talked like she did. my stylist is good with corrections too, but she's also my age so it's easier. I hope you find someone new you like and glad you have the formula!

If your hair is only $95, my mind is blown. I live in a small city in Ohio and i get a cut and partial highlights and I’m $150/$160 plus tip which I find to be beyond affordable and my stylish does a lovely job. I think you’ll enjoy getting an update with a new stylist, but expect to pay likely double and it be fair for the service.
