here's the crazy thing we had a house that we bought paid cash and then a couple months later we put our house up for sale in one of the suburbs in Phillipsburg and we had a guy buy it literally the first day 20,000 over ask because they're not building suburbs anymore so the houses are going really fast for that reason even the other houses that went up in my neighborhood they all went for over $700,000 over 800,000 and these were houses that were once $500,000 only 15 years ago but I think a lot of the reason why people are buying homes still so quickly is because they aren't building houses anymore they're building apartment complexes condos townhouses stuff like that so that's why I think these houses are still going so fast
