@richardmille: If anyone breaks the mould, it’s Aurora Straus. Not content with pushing limits and challenging stereotypes behind the wheel, she spends her ‘free’ time as a virtuoso musician, an ardent advocate for girls and a role model with ambitions that extend far beyond the racetrack. Aurora made her professional racing debut at 16. Since then, she has made history across multiple series, earning Rookie of the Year honours in IMSA, finishing runner-up in the Pirelli World Challenge and becoming the first woman to win a race in Radical Cup North America. In 2018, Aurora founded Girls With Drive, a non-profit initiative dedicated to introducing young girls to careers in the automotive industry. She also co-founded the world’s first sleep-away motorsports camp for teenage girls, a programme that has since helped launch several professional racing careers. A partner of Richard Mille since 2018, Aurora continues to make her mark across multiple fields, with ambitions that reach far beyond the racetrack.
