I agree with 100% of what you said! the one thing about all that that you have talked about. The thing is that Trumpty Dumpty doesn't believe any of it. He is a man driven by ego, flattery and numbers that are far bigger than he is. He bankrupted a business multiple times and its entire business plan is "the house always wins". he has pushed the military behind in his use of personnel, numbers, equipment, missiles and ordering outdated equipment that have been irrelevant for over 100 years. He has no concept of anything modern or learning unless it makes him money directly. He does not comprehend strategy in a misguided idea that strength wins wars, peace and respect! This man has done damage to the world, people, children, economies, health, science and so much more that we cannot begin to understand or have happened yet and will be felt for years to come. All because he lacks basic humility, compassion, understanding or a willingness to learn!

And a lot of the military aid is stock that is due to come to the end of its shelf life where it would have had to go back to the manufacturer for reconditioning or home for disposal and then money would have had to been used for that and then the purchase of new equipment to replace it.
