Our kids are 9 and 7 and I just needed to tell you they specifically ask if we’re following a “TikTok Hailee” recipe when we are cooking dinners together! This was a lemon/potato/chicken recipe you posted a few years ago! Huge hit, thanks for helping our kids be less picky!!

Hey so I love these recipes for lots of reasons but I think most of all because they pull back the curtain on HOW to cook. Not just the recipe but the techniques are simple and approachable, just the salt fat acid heat of things is just impeccably presented if you know what I mean. This is like cooking 102 to me. Cause you can make this KIND of dish with so many different flavors and proteins which I’m sure has been your goal and why you and Chuck are successful ..anyway I just appreciate what you’re doing

Hailee, here in the UK cider is always an alcoholic bev from fermented apples, but I think I’ve heard that’s not always the case in the US and it can refer to a type of apple juice? Could you let us know which is needed for this recipe? 😥
