Complaints about Kileleshwa started towards the end Moi Regime, when multinpartism and Liberal markets were put in place, greed took advantage of the Gap bypassing all building and planning regulations..today, The whole of kileleshwa,lavington and Kilimani are just bad investments.

Apartments building and ownership is a fairly new concept of property ownership in kenya. The designer and builder are mostly foreigners intending for the end user to have a washer and dryer for laundry purposes. l walked away from a sale in Syokimau for the same reason.
