I can already see my review: "customer brought in spotless 24 year old truck for repairs. Had no issues paying for some sweet upgrades during repairs. Also paid bill on time in full. However, he is now banned from the shop for the rest of the year due to profit loss, we had to shut down for the remainder of the day because shop owner and techs all ended up intoxicated after customer bought everyone lunch at chilis and led to 2for1s at the tavern down the street..... will try again next year".....

Renegade Diesel Repair :

Those customers ruin a whole shop mood. Most shops do the best they can for their customers. But certain customers are just awful. Alway jump to I'll sue you then hope on any type of social media to run your shop down. I fully believe this should be a thing.

Same with what we do; lots of real POS customers and there's no way/resource to let others know. Or more importantly, hold them accountable.

Had a guy with a ram come back and say my lift scratched his driver door. Pointed out the paint transfer on his door. Guess what, my lifts have rubber bumpers to prevent this and they are different color than the paint that was transferred. I still paint $1000 for core tin and ceramic coating and he still went back and left a 1 star after all that lol
