I built that facility back in 2007 in 2008. It was originally constructed by Razor energy systems for the city of Anaheim. I can in fact, verify that this is a 100% clean facility. Zero contaminants, and zero pollutants. And it produced about 300 KW. It took about a year and a half to construct this facility.
